A good staple…and no I am not talking about stationary!
Black and White.
Flats or Heels.
Dressing up or dressing down.
Vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice-cream?
Everything we think about in life has options, but can’t it just be easy for once? Can’t we just have a certain “YES” option when we are confused? Kind of like a safety net…when in doubt choose this option? Well yes, my dear all your prayers are answered!
That is what a good staple in fashion is!
FASHION STAPLES
- … a collared white shirt, that is obviously a must for casual outing or business outing! This can range from short sleeve to long sleeve, both are a must and both can accomplish the same look!
- … a simple black dress for any occasion, whether it is brunch with the girls or running errands, it is always a must!
- … an ordinary black blazer. Other than the fact that they are extremely cute to wear even if there is no business casual occasion, it is a staple in every women’s closet to be ready on the go and have a nice black jacket that is nice fit to compliment the entire outfit.
- … some nice comfortable fitted jeans of your choice. Can be ripped, mom style, dad style, skinny jeans, any jeans are a staple really to go for the casual but cute look.
- …black simple turtleneck. This is great for layering or just wearing it alone. It is an extremely versatile piece as it can be worn for a casual wear or a classy look!
These are just a few staples and go to pieces but what I would really like to emphasize is a long black dress! This type of clothing is subjectively thought of as a going out piece, or a “dressy” piece per say. But it doesn’t have to be like that! Long black dresses are great for vacations, shopping, running errands, fancy dinners and so much more! It is so versatile and don’t think that you need to spend an arm and a leg for this staple! Trendy online stores such as Missguided, Pretty Little Thing, Zara and so many more women’s apparel have these staple pieces ranging from $50 and less!
